SYNOPSIS: Information – 408 Quay Assisi.  The reporting person advised that an unknown person has her personal information and has tried to open up several accounts in another jurisdiction in Florida.  Report taken for documentation and to assist the other jurisdiction.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 2018 N. Peninsula Avenue.  The victim advised an unknown person stole his unsecured bicycle yesterday afternoon.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Juvenile Complaint – 1200 S. Myrtle Avenue (New Smyrna Beach Middle School).  A juvenile was overheard making threats, but after further investigation it determined the actual threat occurred several weeks prior and the incident was dealt with by Edgewater Police Department.  Report taken for documentation.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 4186 Saxon Drive.  The victim advised that an unknown person stole his unsecured bicycle sometime during the night.  The bicycle was later located nearby and the investigation is ongoing.

SYNOPSIS:  Theft – 300 Due East Street.  The victim advised an unknown person stole several fishing poles from his boat.  Ongoing investigation.

SYNOPSIS:  Found Property – 800 Block of Wayne Avenue.  The reporting person advised they found an abandoned bicycle in the area.  The officers were unable to locate the owner and the bicycle was placed into evidence at the police station for safe keeping.

SYNOPSIS:  City Ordinance Violation – 200 Block of N. Dixie Freeway.  Officers observed a male sitting on the sidewalk with an open container of alcohol.  The male was issued a Notice to Appear and released from the scene.

SYNOPSIS:  Fraud – 1835 S.R. 44 (Winn Dixie).  The victim advised an unknown person used her E.B.T. card at the business without her permission. The victim was able to provide a possible suspect and the investigation is ongoing.
