SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – Canal St. / N. Myrtle Av. – Two vehicles, minor damages, no injuries, hit and run.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 545 Greenlawn St. #22 – Officers responded for a disturbance between and grandmother and her juvenile granddaughter.  The juvenile fled the scene prior to police arrival.  After an investigation, a charging affidavit was completed against the juvenile for Simple Battery and she was entered in to FCIC / NCIC as missing.

SYNOPSIS:  Trespassers – 201 N. Myrtle Av. (Babe James Center) – An officer made contact with a juvenile accused of taking food from the kitchen area without permission.  The juvenile was issued a trespass warning and left the area without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 2845 Turnbull Estates Dr. – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, charges were filed against Eugene Huffman, male, 81 years old, for Simple Battery.

SYNOPSIS:  Vehicle Accident – N. Dixie Frwy. / Creekside Cir. – Two vehicles, moderate damages, moderate injuries.

SYNOPSIS:  Misdemeanor Arrest – N. Dixie Frwy. / Canal St. – An officer observed a minor vehicle accident.  An investigation revealed the at-fault driver was intoxicated.  Lance Herrin, male, 49 years old, was placed under arrest for DUI, DUI with Property Damage and Violating a Driver License Restriction.  He was taken to the jail without incident.

SYNOPSIS:  Domestic Disturbance – 3155 S.R. 44 (Walmart) – Officers responded for a disturbance between a male and a female.  After an investigation, it was determined that a crime did not occur.  A report was completed for documentation.
