advised that he believed a known subject (employee) had taken tools from the construction
site. Contact was later made with the suspect who indeed had the tools. The

the suspect of past bicycle thefts. During the investigation it was learned
that the he could not provide a reasonable explanation for the current bicycle
in his possession. The bicycle was seized for safekeeping.

Domestic Disturbance – 3843 Sandstone Ct. Male and female were involved in an
argument overnight. After the argument the parties separated and the male half
returned to the residence, absence the female and vandalized property. The
female party stated that there was no physical altercation between the two. The
property damaged was communal property and the female party did not wish to
pursue the incident.
