SYNOPSIS:   Disturbance – 1001 S. Dixie Freeway (New Smyrna Library). Verbal altercation between two adult males. There were no signs or claims of a physical altercation. Both parties requested a documentation report.

SYNOPSIS:   Trespass Warning – 4190 S. Atlantic Av. (Dollar General) – Officers responded for a male sleeping in the bathroom.  The 38 year old male was located and issued a trespass warning from the business.

SYNOPSIS:  Vandalism – 500 Turnbull Bay Rd. (U-Haul) – The victim stated that a known male broke a mirror off of her vehicle.  She did not want to pursue criminal charges and requested a report for documentation.
