SYNOPSIS:   Trespassers – 1704 S. Dixie Frwy. (McDonald’s) – The Manager stated that a group of juveniles were refusing to leave.  The juveniles were issued trespass warnings and left the area.

SYNOPSIS:  Battery – 600 Greenlawn St. #20 – An officer responded for a fight between a male and a female.  The male fled the area prior to the police being notified.  After an investigation, charges were filed against George Costonde, male, 37 years old, for Simple Battery.

(7-Eleven) – An officer made contact with a male who was too intoxicated to care for himself.  The male was taken in to protective custody under Marchman Act Criteria.  He was taken to Halifax Hospital without incident.
