Application materials shall be reviewed for completeness within five working days from the date of submittal. Only completed application packets will be accepted.

Technical review staff shall have 30 working days to review the plat and plans. Plans must be resubmitted in response to staff comments no later than 120 days after the original review.

Volusia County to assume development services for unincorporated residents effective July 1, 2022

Effective July 1, 2022, Volusia County will perform all permitting, application review, code enforcement, and public hearings for properties within unincorporated Volusia County as part of the Interlocal Service Boundary Agreement.
